All Sentriware plans are priced on a fixed per-user, per-month basis. Pricing is confirmed during your initial discovery call based on your user count, environment complexity, and chosen tier. No setup fees, no hidden charges, no variable billing surprises.
Flexible contracts
Standard agreements are 12-month contracts with a notice period for cancellation. We also offer flexible arrangements for organisations with specific procurement requirements. We're confident in our service — we don't rely on contractual lock-in.
Software licences included
Microsoft 365, security tooling, and monitoring platform licences are included across all plans. Third-party hardware and additional Microsoft services are billed at cost-plus, with full transparency and published procurement rates.
